Will UPS batteries sustain for 10 years or more?

I want to purchase a UPS with 1300VA and 780Watts it is CyberPower CP1300EPFCLCD http://ift.tt/1wxvlfK.



So I want to know if the batteries will last me for 10 years or more. Because I will be importing it from United Kingdom to India for my personal use. The UPS load will be an average sized desktop tower computer. The UPS has two batteries and they are not available in India.

The configuration of my computer is :-

1. System- Dell Inspiron 545MT


2. Motherboard- N826N DG33M06 SOCKET 775 LGA775


3. Processor - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 B3 2400 MHz Kentsfield


4. Ram- 2 modules of 2GB DDR2-800 (PC2-6400) 240-pin


5. Graphics card- AMD Radeon HD 4550


6. Hard disc- one Regular SATA


7. Optical drive- one DVD-RW/DVD+RW


8. Card reader- one front bay card reader


9. Fans- one regular 80mm processor fan and one regular 92mm case fan

I am installing a Silverstone SST-ST55F-G power supply with it. The maximum output is 550W and has active PFC of 95%

Recomended PSU wattage at extreme.outervision is 288 W

I think it should not draw more than 360W of power with peripherals attached which are

1. IN1910N flat panel monitor,


2. Dell AY410 2 in 1 speakers and


3. pixma mp480 color ink printer along with


4. Keyboard and mouse

The power coming in my house is dirty and each year I experience two to three power blackouts which can go from fifteen minutes to two or three hours.



So what do you think. How long can these two UPS batteries sustain in time if used with the type of computer and power supply mentioned above. Will they sustain for 10 years or more. What do you think.
