how to replace dc24volt fan with noctua dc12v?

hello i need to find some solution

my ups fan too loud, and i replace it with my computer case

and it got burned :D



i realize the ups fan was 24volt 0.1 ampere

while i'm using 12volt fan :wall::wall:



here some information i got for noctua

input 0.06A 12V

the fan got 1 resistor

the problem i don't know if the resistor work / safe to use with 24volt input



2nd choice i could find some driver/adapter/converter to change the input from 24volt to 12volt



but i don't know which one is the good one
