What reliable/quiet PS should i get ?

Hi everyone.

First of all i'm sorry for my english it's not great. I'm from France but born in Switzerland (will get my parts from there it's cheaper).

Sometimes i find computers on the street that people have thrown away and im assembling them with used parts. So i'm not the kind of guy who is changing parts every 3 years for new ones, for me it's every 10 years :D

9 years ago i bought my first PS (Antec NeoPower 480w) had good reviews, but a few days ago it started to buzz/whine, I fixed it with pads between the fan and the big central coil (if called so?). I was surprised because i didn't use it a lot.



So the time has come to buy something NEEWW :D



For the CPU it will be the Core i7 3770k

2x4 GB

1 GPU middle class

1 HDD and 1 SSD

1 DVD drive

3-4 fans

Seasonic had always good reviews but lately they have some issue with coils and buzzing noise ? They have 7 year warranty on platinum certified PS.
