1. Drama romance with a really tearjerking moments, memorable music, likeable main hero, and no lolis. Would be even better if it had complicated relationships, love triangles and such.
2. Lovecraftian stuff. That's all. I want Cthulhu, I want Nyarlathotep, I want overflowing incomprehensibility (Lovecraft's style). I want to feel typical atmosphere of Lovecraft, so forget about the likes of Nyaruko. If you're forced to give me stuff with 'shounen stereotypes' then at least make sure that Lovecraftian Gods will receive respect there.
Japanese unstranslated stuff is good as long as this japanese isn't hard enough.
