Looking for an old TV Series!

This tv show is old. I remember watching it when I was very young. I can't remember if it was on German or Japanese language.



What I remember is there were three cops. Two of them were robots. And they all had different colors. The human was red. While the robots were blue and yellow. While yellow had a driving wheel in his chest. And the human red cop could "transform" his car by pressing the red button!



There was also some scene by the river IIRC.



Lol! :heh: I know this is very little info! But I would appreciate if anyone ever watched this series to give me it's name! :)
