Seasonic M12ii 750

I made the same question at [H], i'm trying to help a friend to decide whether he should buy this PSU or not.

My question is the following:

If it has been similarly designed with the M12ii 620, i think it should be avoided, while if it's more close to the design of the M12ii 850 EVO, that makes it a very solid choice. Any opinions?
