hey
i was wondering if i should replace my psu. ive been having trouble with stable overclocks on my 5820k, but im not entirely sure if its the psu at fault or the motherboard. x99 chipset seems to have a lot of bugs/issues since its very new, so im just trying to rule things out.
everything is completely fine at stock cpu clocks, and 50% gpu core overclock on a single gtx 470. other stuff ive got is d5 pump, 2 hard drives, a fan controller and 4 120mm fans
ive never had any problems with the psu, or overclocking on older builds (am2+/ph2 6 core) until now. ive used the psu nearly everyday since i got it
ill most likely get a supernova g2 750w as a replacement.
ive checked other posts in these forums about older quality psus, and im still not too sure about what i should do.
thanks
