Does anybody have a clue about Super Flower Amazon 450W (SF-450P14HE) power distriution?

This PSU have two PCI-E connectors and four 12V rails (1 - 15A, 2 - 15A, 3 - 16A, 4 - 16A). But which rail (or rails) is dedicated to the GPU? I'm just wonder, is it safe to run for example R9 280, GTX 770 or any other GPU with power consumption of ~200W and more, with this PSU?
