Cooler Master B2 500W

I need to replace the PSU on my secondary machine and I came across the Cooler Master B2 500W. Does anyone here know if it is any good ? Or should I take the XFX Core edition 450W which costs 15 EUR more?

4* 1GB RAM

Ati HD4350

4* SATA HDD

4* 80mm fans
