Slow romance?

I'm looking for primarily a manga or two, but wouldn't mind anime suggestions too. What I'm in the mood for is a slow moving (not glacial though), quiet romance. Not school kids, indeed I'm almost tempted to say 'the older the better', but I'd prefer them to be at least mid twenties or so. Modern or historical, but not fantasy (unless it's fairly low-key) or Sci-fi.



Nudity and sex is fine, some sort of rural setting would be a plus.
