The effect of reversed polarity on a psu

I recently found out the house I have been renting for the past year has several rooms with outlets that have reversed polarity. And it just so happens that my desktop computer is in one of those rooms. I have a Kingwin Lazer Platinum 650W psu and it's plugged into a surge protector. I haven't had any computer parts failed since I moved in. Would reverse polarity have any adverse affects on the psu and other computer parts?
