Badass but innocent loli

Badass loli is not rare. They are rather common in fact. A lot of time they played in the trope of 1000 years old vampire/goddess trapped in a child body. Or one of those psycho loli killers





But i was wondering if there are female characters (real age is not matter ) that really look and acts like children most of the time, but just happens to be incredibly powerful ?
