Need GC for New Display Monitor!

Hi all,

I was refer by another member from Anandtech regarding power supplies but wanted to post here on GPUs.

I am looking to save my PC and not buy a new one if that is possible for a new UHD monitor I looking at!

PC: Lenovo 58P - E8400 CPU, 8GB, SSD, Radeon R6570 1GB RAM low profile PCIe X 16 graphic card slot with on one space;(to the left is the assembly for HD), 280 watt PS. The machine part # is: 7483-XB4

New display: Dell 24 UltraHD 4K Monitor - P2415Q 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz.


Need to find a UHD graphic card to run it and have it be limited to $100 or less. Otherwise, I going with a new top of line i7 4790 PC and use HD 4600 controller using display port to drive it.
