Working at Crunchyroll as a Translator

Hi everyone, I'm considering applying for a jp>eng translation job. Before I do though, I'd like to know more on what to expect, including pay and hours. Can any current or former translators that worked for CR enlighten me in this thread or through PM?



Also, I recall reading a thread - I think it was on animesuki - before where someone who worked as a translator for CR shared his experiences, but I couldn't find it through google or the forum search function, does anyone remember that thread / have the link to it?
