R9 290 Tri X OC and Thermaltake SMART 650W

I purchased an R9 290, and a couple of new parts, for my PC a few weeks ago and I am starting to worry that my power supply is not enough.



Specs:

CPU - i5 4690k @ stock

RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws Z @ 1600MHz

GPU - Sapphire R9 290 Tri X OC

Storage - 1TB WD Blue 7200RPM

PSU - Thermaltake SMART Standard SP 650W 80+ Bronze

Extra case fans - 2x Antec True Quiet 120mm



Is this power supply sufficient for my build? I have had this PSU for one year and experienced one shut down about 10 months ago for an unknown reason. I do not plan on over clocking.
