My wife is building her first gaming p.c. Here is what she will have:
4x 120mm fans
Misc LEDs/UV.. Whatever girls like
120mm HSF
Ssd
WD red hard drive
Xeon 1231 (96w under full load, no o.c.)
Sapphire 290x tri oc (according to Tom's, 96w min, 246w avg, peaks of up to 356w)

8x2gb ram
She wants something very quiet, under 40db at load. Under $100 USD. Non group regulated. The Xeon is Haswell based, she would like to be able to use all the sleep states. And of course the better the quality of caps, the better. Also it must be at least semi-modular. The case she just bought has almost zero cable management. Any suggestions? We would both really appreciate it.
I did find the CM VSM 550. Good caps, 35db at full load, semi modular. I just haven't found if it's group regulated or not.
