Corsair VS650, should I replace it?

Hello I'm using this PSU with i5 2500K @4.6Ghz 1.27vcore and AMD R9 280X. When I look at my 12v readings with GPU-Z on load, it shows as low as 11.38v. Should I be concerned? This is what I'm talking about; http://ift.tt/1H6GJoq
