OK, I'm looking at Antec's HCP line for a new power supply....always have been a sucker for a Delta built unit.
The question I have is about the HCP-750. I've never seen it reviewed. I've seen every other HCP unit reviewed, the 850, 1000, etc., but never the 750.
Should I infer the 750's build quality from the others or should I expect something quite different. (Wondering because the 750 is a 3 rail ps vs. the 4 rails on the 850.)
I've found an HCP-750 for $130 shipped while the HCP-850 is centered on $200. The price discrepancy really bothers me, too, in that it's really making me question if the 750 is being built to the same "standards" the rest of the HCP line is built to.
So, am I overthinking this or is there really cause for "concern"? (I do want to get out from under the Seasonic shadow this time.)
