Is my PSU working correctly? I really don't know.

Greetings. I was led to here from the LinusTechTips forums because they said you guys are uber experts at PSU.



I have the Antec HCG 620M. Usually whenever I finish cleaning/rebuilding my PC, it takes me around 5 minutes after plugging it into my power strip so the PSU can actually "charge up" and turn on. Just now while turning on my PC it went on for around 5 seconds then turned off then tried turning on once again. It happened two times then it actually turned on.



Should I RMA it? Or is it because my power strip doesnt have enough power to actually power the PSU?



I really don't know anything about PSU so please be noob friendly lol
